Donation Refund Policy
Donations to the Army Navy Country Club Foundation, Inc., whether made online or by mail, are generally non-refundable. However, certain exceptions may exist whereby a donor has a dispute with the amount donated versus the intended amount, we will endeavor to reach a resolution as best as we can.
Monthly donors may cancel future donations by notifying us of their wish by email, telephone, or regular mail. Please be aware that due to the nature of credit card billing cycle’s payments may be stopped only the month after we receive the notification.
In the event of a discrepancy or error with your online transaction, please contact info@anccfoundation.org. Please include your name, telephone number, and the date and amount of your transaction.

Gift Acceptance Policy
The Army Navy Country Club Foundation (ANCCF) acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant including cash, securities, in-kind services, real and personal property is at the discretion of the ANCCF.
ANCCF acceptance of contributions, gifts or grants will be made without ANCCF commitment as to use or disposition.
The ANCCF is not qualified to provide advice about the legal or tax treatment of contributions, gifts or grants. Donors should seek such legal and tax guidance as may be required from their personal professional advisors.
The ANCCF will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting IRS substantiation requirements for property received by the ANCCF as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by the ANCCF.
The ANCCF will use its best efforts to respect the intent of the donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
The ANCCF will insure and maintain donated artifacts in coordination with the Army Navy Country Club.
The ANCCF will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the ANCCF.
